Why Mishustin is the perfect PM for the second part of Russia’s great socio-economic transformation until 2030 - 1/2 See my note above: in any organization you only need a few mouth pieces and a few strategists. The real performance comes from implementing the strategies efficiently and creatively. Medvedev loves to communicate and is more of a strategist. Mishustin is a doer. He also is a very analytical person and this combination is just perfect. In Russia the Prime Minister executes the strategy. Russia is in midst of a double transformation: self-sufficient full spectrum economy and BRICS. The BRICS transformation is executed by Lavrov, while the much more complex and challenging socio-economic transformation of Russia is executed by Mishustin and his team of ministers. Then you have Shoigu in conjunction with Maturov who implement the SMO. The numbers speak for themselves. Take Nabiullina, she implements a stable financial framework and also co-creates the BRICS transaction platform in collaboration with Lavrov and Mishustin. Putin has created the perfect team over many years. He started out with a very poor performing team and gradually replaced and repositioned functions. The whole security council team is extremely effective. In the Empire people get fired every 12 months but sticks with people far longer. Sometimes he could swap them out sooner, but overall, this sends a message of trust and is highly motivating. The big military transformation was the latest initiative steered by the performance of the SMO. Putin himself observed that he needed to swap out 30% of the commanding officers. Now, take the whole MIC which means the production of military goods. There was much inefficiency, dysfunction and corruption and overall slack there. Look at the 400 CNC machines that Russia bought to automate and scale MIC production, the skills to operate these machines, maintain them and eventually copy them is what is needed across the industrial sectors of a country's economy.

BRICS would have been slowed down. For a transformation to become effective you need to 1) burn all the bridges to the past and 2) have enough time and for this you need a big external pressure all that time. The SMO is the catalyst for Russia's socio-economic transformation triggered by a decoupling of the Empire from Russia. It is also the catalyst for BRICS, and it stopped the empire's expansion and that is the beginning of the empire's contraction and regression. the SMO was the perfect instrument at the perfect time. In 2014 Russia did not have the structure and the IT platforms in place to stand up against the empire in a full spectrum war. In 2018 the new weapons were only just introduced. In 2021 the weapons production for Kinzhals, Zircons and S500 were only just industrialised. The Poseidon is only ready since the beginning of this year. Armata needs to be redesigned to become a fully robotic tank. That is why we don't see them and why no tanks were shown on May 9. Putin is an AI fan. Mishustin is a technophile- a match made in heaven. Are there better people still in Russia than Mishustin. I hope so. But to find them is a systemic process and right Mishustin is a super fit. Let's have a look at the cabinet then. Lavrov wanted to retire at the end of this year. He has done a tremendous job- but I am certain he will want to complete the BRICS 2.0 phase this year. Shoigu also wants to complete his career, but he is a close friend of Putin and he needs to complete the SMO. He will complete 2025. Nabiullina should stay-perfect fit. But let's see we will know this within the next days.
